Nice place for kids to have fun. Lots of trampolines and arcade games. They've space to conduct parties too. Food was fine.
Brought our kids here and thankfully that had fun. The majority of the staff were so disrespectful. There was one staff member at the concession stand that was kind. The water wasn’t functioning which means the toilets were not flushing…
First time at Launch in Novi…my daughter celebrated her 10th birthday. Our hostess Amanda was very pleasant and attentive. My daughter and her friends enjoyed themselves. Overall it was a great experience.
