Stopped by around noon on a Monday. The site wasn’t open, no apparent hours or days open posted. The gate had a sign that said owned by San Bernardino County and a number for questions/concerns.

Looks great from the outside, but don't remember the last time it was open.

It is never open. I past by everyday on my way to school and work for the past 5 years and I've seen it open only once and it wasnt open for the public.
